Returns

• A video recording of the unboxing process is provided, showing the package being opened without edits or cuts, clearly displaying the issue.
• The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
• Condition of Returned Items:
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, we will initiate an exchange or replacement. Please note that cash refunds are not provided; only exchanges or replacements are offered.
• Shipping Costs:
• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is not due to our error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
