Welcome to Disong Designs. By using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Disong Designs is a custom design and apparel service. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our associated policies, including our Shipping, Cancellation, and Return & Refund Policies.

2. Orders & Customizations

All customized orders are final once confirmed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all design files and order details are accurate before submitting.

Please ensure any images or designs uploaded for custom prints are of high quality. Low-resolution images may result in pixelation, for which Disong Designs will not be liable.

3. Shipping

Disong Designs currently ships within India. We offer both standard and express shipping options. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

Free shipping is available for orders above ₹2000.

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for safe delivery lies with the carrier. Disong Designs is not liable for delays, loss, or damage during transit.

4. Cancellations

Orders, once confirmed, cannot be canceled.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Items received are damaged or incorrect

• Proof of damage or error must be provided in the form of unedited video and photo documentation taken during the opening of the package

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

• Customized items are not eligible for return or refund

If the mistake is on our part, we will cover the cost of exchange. If the error was due to customer input, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges or replacements will be provided where applicable. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us or call with the bill/invoice and shipping details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, designs, text, graphics, and photos—is the property of Disong Designs and may not be used without permission.
